Learn More About OurArtwork Requirements
Complete artwork can be supplied as either a press quality PDF file and an Outlined AI file only. If your file does not meet these guidelines, our Art Department can fix it for you, which will be charged out at our hourly rate.
Microsoft Word/Canva (and other text-editing programs) may be used to create rough compositions, or to communicate design ideas. However, they are not suitable for creating print-ready artwork. These files will need to be re-drawn, at our hourly rate.

Weltrade’s preferred format of receiving artwork is as a press quality PDF file.

*TUBES: Please make sure your tube artwork has an Eye Mark. This is for your manufacturer so that when they fill your product they can crimp it in the centre. As a guide, eye marks are generally 7mmx3mm or 5mmx2mm. However, we recommend you speak to your manufacturer to see what their sizing requirements are for their machinery.
Customers who send their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Please ensure that all ingredients have the correct spelling.
Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined in our design guidelines above. We will print whatever you submit, and we are not responsible for artwork mistakes which includes design, spelling, grammar.
