Our PP Cosmetic Jars are made from Polypropylene (PP). We supply personalised Cosmetic Jars to suit your specific cosmetic packaging needs whether that be for creams or dry good products.
The major benefits of Cosmetic Jars made from Polypropylene over other plastic jars are that they have great barrier properties and easily recycled under the code of 5, however they also have great heat resistance. Our PP Cosmetic Jars are BPA free and made from food grade approved plastic resins.
Common uses of PP Cosmetic Jars for cosmetic packaging are the hair care packaging area where temperatures for filling waxes need to be higher than other creams.
The only real limitation of Cosmetic Jars made from PP is new shapes and tooling is generally quite an expensive set up process relative to other materials.
Our PP Cosmetic Jar stock moulds and shapes cater for the traditional cosmetic style as well as modern and stackable options they are used to manufacture in the colour as per your specific needs. We then can decorate with multi coloured screen printing to highlight your brand. We have a range of airtight sealing options via polyseal wads, induction foil seals and casca seals (plastic sealing discs) to stop product from going onto the lid.
