Congratulations on your pre-production samples, this is our final check to make sure everything is in order before we go into production.

We have designed this check list to make sure your packaging is functioning with your product. You may have already conducted all of your testing, but it is a good time to review. Once you have submitted this checklist we can progress to the next stage of production and a member from our customer care team will be in contact.
